About the Cigar Lounge Derby

The Cigar Lounge Derby was born out of one man’s passion for the finer things in life. Tony Spacey an avid Cuban Cigar smoker for over thirty years, always thought that there was a place in Derbyshire for a high end cigar retailer and smoking lounge. Other cities around the country have one and so why not Derby, he rightly believed that he would not be alone in his liking for the good things that life has to offer.

He decided that The Cigar Lounge would be an oasis of calm and luxury, where some of the finest cigars in the world would be available for sale but also that there should be a luxurious and comfortable place to enjoy smoking a cigar. So The Cigar Lounge Derby was born, as well as being a place to call into for a cigar and smoke the Cigar Lounge Derby is also available for private bookings for clubs or groups of people who enjoy the finer things in life.

We only stock Cuban Havana Cigars but can and do order in, on request New World Cigars. Within a very short time we had been awarded as a Hunters & Frankau’s Gold Standard Havana Specialist, making us one of only twelve in the whole of the country. In order to achieve this we had to be able to prove that we were of sufficient knowledge about cigars (Havana’s) in particular and to show over a period of time that we were able to keep our stock in as near perfect conditions as possible.

In our large walk in humidor, you will find most of the over two hundred and seventy vitolas of Havana cigars currently available. These are alongside many aged, vintage and rare limited edition cigars some of which are totally unique in that, they are only available from us. If you do want one of the few Havanas we don’t stock on a daily basis then please ask as we have an extensive warehouse and can usually supply any Havana within forty eight hours often even less.
